A large-scale expansion transformed the manufacturing campus into a more efficient, employee-friendly environment. Spanning nearly three years, the project introduced new distribution, office, and health spaces, improving operational flow and the day-to-day experience across the facility.

BKD added a 60,000-square-foot distribution center, a 20,000-square-foot corporate office, and an on-site clinic for La-Z-Boy employees. Despite the scale of the work, the facility remained fully operational throughout construction.
